General Duties
 Be at the youth club on time which is at least 15 minutes before
 Leave the youth club no earlier than after everything is as it should be
Duties At The Youth Club Session
 Ensure that the Free Play activities are set up in time (this is dependent upon the structure of the youth club). This could be from the snooker tables, tennis table tables, etc to a football or balls and bats – depending upon the structure of the youth club
 Ensure health and safety is maintained
 Youth who participate wear appropriate footwear
 Youth who participate do not wear any items of clothing or jewellery that may get in the way
 Pack away equipment used as it should be
 Ensure all youth who are praying do their Wudoo and pray their Salah in congregation in the allocated area at the time of Salah. (for girls: ensure mats are laid out in the circular area, allocate an imam from the girls, make sure the mats are put away after Salah is finished. Mats are normally placed under the far side stairs.)
 Assist with the main session after the fulfilling of the above
 If need be purchase resources that would be needed to the effective fulfilling of your role after consultation with and authorisation from the Finance Manager (for Boys only)

Time Allocation to The Role
 Attendance to all relevant youth clubs (2 ½ to 3 hours every Saturday)
 Approximately 2 ½ to 3 hours per week (12 hours per month)
