There are people who think that because some of the rulers commit acts of kufr and sin, we are obliged to rebel against them and attempt to change things even if that results in harming the Muslims in that country, at a time when there are many problems in the Muslim world. What is your opinion?

I have question regarding the Tawwasul, I was telling someone that seeking Tawwasul at graves and asking the person who died to make dua to Allah is wrong. He told me what is wrong with asking a  pious person during his life to make Dua and when he died also to ask him again to make dua. So I want you to clarify to me how to answer the brother, what kind of Tawwasul is allowed and which one not allowed since a lot people have been misguided by this issue?

I hope that you can explain to me the meaning of the verse (interpretation of the meaning): “O you who believe! Do your duty to Allaah and fear Him. And seek the means of approach to Him” [al-Maa’idah 5:35] That is so that we may refute what the Sufis say about Tawassul, because some of them interpret it as meaning that it is permissible to seek to draw closer to Allaah by the Prophets and awliya’ (“saints”). With regard to the hadeeth about Adam committing a sin, they say that al-Bayhaqi classed the hadeeth as saheeh, and that al-Dhahabi praised his book.

How can a person not make Taqleed (blind following) and still at the same time follow the teachings of one of the 4 imams. I am asking this after reading a summary of the biography of Sh Bin Baaz( may Allah(s.w) have mercy on him) and that he followed the school of Ahmad bin hanbal(may allah(s.w) have mercy on him) but didnt do taqleed.
