Green Lane Masjid & Community Centre are continuously working on various projects. One of our biggest projects at the moment is the development of the Green Lane Independent School (GLIS) which we are hoping to complete and have students enrolled by September 2012, bi’ithnillah.
We have a Dawah project where we set up an exhibition for non-Muslims to come and learn and get the true message of Islam. Additionally we are working on Dawah materials, such as leaflets so that we can further propagate our Dawah and we are planning on creating a Dawah training course with a network of individuals working in small teams to spread Dawah, inshAllah.
Recently we set up Al-Ansar, a dedicated team of brothers working on a voluntary basis in promoting GLMCC events through posters and leaflets distribution.
We are always happy to hear suggestions and recommendations of various project proposals so if you have any ideas that you would like to share and earn the pleasure of Allah then please don’t hesitate to email us.
Furthermore help and assistance is also welcomed, be it financially or physically by volunteering to help out during various projects and/or events.
